Our Story

2020
Rosemond Services Property Services
was founded in May 2020 by three friends—Hannah, Michelle, and Stephanie—during a casual conversation that quickly turned into fruition. Amid the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic, when much of the world had paused, they saw an opportunity to build something of their own.

2021
They launched as a cleaning company,
taking on their first major project: cleaning student accommodation. The work was intense and far from glamorous. While Michelle and Hannah soon realised that cleaning wasn’t for them, Stephanie found a surprising sense of calm and fulfillment in the process.

2022
Through their work with estate agents and property managers,
they noticed a recurring issue—inventory reports were often inaccurate or incomplete. With Michelle’s background in inventory reporting from her student days, the team saw an opportunity to expand. They incorporated professional inventory services into the business, bringing precision and reliability to an often-overlooked aspect of property management.

2023
As their client base grew,
so did the demand for additional services, particularly handyman work. For Hannah, inspired by her father’s building business but once told the industry wasn’t “for girls,” she embraced the opportunity to evolve Rosemond Services Property Services in to a one-stop; a solution for landlords, estate agents, property managers, tenants, and homeowners.

Their mission became clear:
to alleviate the stress of coordinating multiple service providers by offering everything—from cleaning, inventories, landlord certification, gardening, french polishing, plumbing, handyman, building and electrical work under one roof.

Today,
Rosemond Services stands as a testament to adaptability, teamwork, and the power of seizing the moment—even in the most uncertain times.
