ACTUAL INVENTORY REPORT ITSELF CAN BE DONE AS A STANDALONE SERVICE
This is a full property inventory report without check-in as you or your agent might prefer to meet the tenants.
The full report from top to bottom, inside and out - all items, fixtures, fittings and decoration, separate further overviews and cleaning schedules. We take meter readings, testing smoke and CO2 alarms.
The report is prepared at the beginning of each new tenancy. This report should be carried out immediately before the new occupants move into the let property, where possible on the same day. The tenant will then sign the report to confirm its accuracy. Our Team produce photographic check ins to support our reports. On the day of check in the property must be in a suitable condition to be let and all maintenance and cleaning should already have been carried out.
The report can be signed online by tenants, landlords and any applicable party. How? We provides a unique web address to access a report which can be shared with recipients automatically or manually, an interactive report allows tenants to add their comments alongside your observations and sign reports right in the web browse.
