Mid-Term Inspection

A mid-term inspection (typically conducted every quarter,  through the tenancy) is a scheduled visit to the property to:

  • Assess how well the tenant is maintaining the property
  • Identify any maintenance issues or potential damage
  • Ensure the property is being used in line with the tenancy agreement

This allows landlords to address small problems before they become big issues, and tenants have a chance to raise any concerns.
