THE LAST REPORT IN A TENANCY LIFECYCLE

The final report will contain side-by-side columns comparing the condition at Check In to the condition at Check Out. We highlight any changes in condition to items throughout the property whilst allowing for fair wear and tear. Meter readings will be gathered and the correct number of keys recorded. This report is also photographic.

We also  highlight cleaning and damages using our built-in Actions feature which allows us to assign liability and flag issues to follow up on or provide as evidence in any dispute and/or deposit deductions.

We also take away your stress and collect keys from the exiting tenants at the property. You give us the tenants details and we arrange the rest. 

We manage checkouts even if the original inventory and check in was carried out by a different property inventory company.
